Andie McDougall, Senior Interior Designer, brings a BA Honours in Interior Architecture and Design and six years of industry experience to RBD. Her design ethos is shaped by her time studying and working in London, where she honed her style influenced by European living. Inspired by her travels, Andie focuses on creating timeless spaces with natural materials. She excels in conceptual design and material selection, prioritizing functionality and longevity. Outside of work, Andie enjoys exploring creative pursuits and finding inspiration in her global travels.

Senior Project Manager

Shannon Lamontagne, our Senior Project Manager, joined RBD with a Certificate in Project Management from UBC Sauder School of Business. Transitioning from the Operating Room at Kelowna General Hospital, Shannon found a new passion in architectural and interior design. She excels in leadership and project management, overseeing the creation of beautiful spaces tailored to each client's lifestyle. Outside of work, Shannon loves spending time with her two daughters and enjoys the outdoors with cycling, hiking, and skiing. Shannon continues to contribute her expertise to RBD's projects and make a meaningful impact in architectural design and project management.

Senior Project Manager

Katherine Ford, RBD's Senior Project Manager, brings a diverse background in textile arts, interior design, and event management. With experience in project coordination, she discovered her passion for architecture and design through a fortuitous opportunity with Robert Blaney, a longtime acquaintance. Outside of work, Katherine cherishes quality time with her small family, enjoying outings to the pool and the park, and going on local adventures.

Senior Technician & Coordinator

Jamie Nikita Pepper joined RBD in June 2020, bringing over a decade of experience in residential construction and CAD expertise. Their journey began in factory management at a modular home company, where they honed their skills in AutoCAD and Revit. With a knack for problem-solving and a passion for efficiency, Jamie swiftly transitioned into producing high-quality drawings and models at RBD. Their commitment to continual learning and self-improvement drives their approach to design, emphasizing client needs and innovative solutions. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys personal growth, spending time with their family, and sharing their love for technology and learning with their kids.

Senior Technician & Coordinator

Rom Rono brings over a decade of experience in residential design to his role as Project Manager & Designer at RBD. With a diploma from BCIT and a passion for single-family home design, Rom's expertise lies in architectural detailing and construction science. His portfolio includes a diverse range of projects, from single-family homes to large-scale condo developments. Rom's design philosophy revolves around simplicity and adaptability, ensuring each project meets the unique needs of its occupants. Outside work, he finds inspiration in outdoor adventures, action sports, and his two cats, Frankie and Bean.

Interior Designer Technician & 3D Renderer

Coco He brings seven years of experience to her role as an Interior Design Technician & 3D Renderer at RBD. With a background in civil engineering, she discovered her passion for interior design during college internships. Coco excels in AutoCAD, interior 3D modeling, and rendering, using her expertise to bring clients' visions to life. She prioritizes practicality and precision in her work, ensuring seamless communication between design and construction teams. Outside work, Coco enjoys playing badminton, exploring new restaurants, and finding inspiration at exhibitions.

Architectural Visualization

Mike A. Raap brings over 15 years of diverse experience to his role as a 3D Modeler, Artist, and Designer at RBD, joining the team in December 2019. His journey into architecture and design began with hands-on experience, learning drafting from his father and honing his skills through carpentry apprenticeship and house framing. Mike's passion for design shines through in his expertise in conceptualizing and modeling architectural spaces. Outside of work, Mike enjoys traditional archery, finding inspiration in the precision and creativity it requires. With a commitment to excellence and a creative approach to every project, Mike continues to elevate the artistry of architectural visualization at RBD.

Cole Shuker, RBD’s Integrator, leverages over 35 years of experience in residential design, sales, and construction. With a background in project management and a passion for creating fulfilling living spaces, Cole excels in guiding clients through the design and build process. He prioritizes intentionality and client satisfaction, ensuring each project reflects the unique needs and aspirations of its occupants. Beyond work, Cole finds inspiration in outdoor activities like mountain biking, skiing, and golf. With a commitment to completion and communication, he continues to make a meaningful impact in the world of architecture.
